Water quality

Cooling water is very important medium involved in plastic injection process. Particularly it is used as heat transfer medium. Water is used for cooling of the hydraulic oil and injection mould. Therefore, the quality requirements of water used in the injection process are very high. High water pollution has a negative impact on the cooling system in the mould as it may lead the formation of deposit of scale in the heat exchangers and in result it leads to corrosion.
